Cyber Insurance Inbound Sales Team Representative
Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Cyber Armada is a relatively new insurance broker that specializes in cyber insurance. We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-motivated individual to join our Inbound Sales team! We are taking a disruptive approach to insurance sales. Rather than employing well-connected producers, we focus on knowledgeable specialists with the ability to educate and inform clients. The emerging, yet fast growing field of cyber insurance requires individuals with a true desire to inform, educate, and enable prospective clients to make difficult decisions on cyber risk issues. Our goal at Cyber Armada is to be the advisory support for C-Level executives to make the best decisions possible to manage their cyber risk and insure - quite literally - the financial future of their companies.

Sales are done virtually, using email, text or phone calls - with the goal of engaging all prospects and customers in virtual meetings using Zoom. Cyber Armada has found that developing personal relationships with clients is just as possible in virtual meetings as it is in face-to-face meetings. Our goal is to establish personal relationships with our clients and to be their friendly, professional advisors on cyber risk management and cyber insurance.

Instead of traditional high-pressure commission driven compensation, we use a more predictable system of lead generation, nurturing, and sales – where collaboration toward company revenue goals take precedence.

Listen to our clients and use your expertise, creativity, and passion to advise clients andexplore our cyber insurance offerings with the ultimate goal being to match clients to the best possible policy to transfer their cyber exposure to an insurance carrier
Build strong relationships, trust and rapport with your clients
Have and keep the clients’ best interest in focus while advising and suggesting risk management and cyber policy options
Promote appropriate product solutions and influence customers to buy from Cyber Armada
Meet or exceed all targets for revenue, close/conversion rate, customer satisfaction, and more
As the face of Cyber Armada, maintain professionalism during all interactions
Be fully able to simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies
Efficiently manage your time and always put the customer experience first
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in virtual environments using video conferencing software such as Skype or Zoom
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Strong verbal communication skills, including maintaining a decisive presence while on video conferences
Ability to perform in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, while maintaining a high level of problem-solving skills.
Proven written and presentation communication skills
Comfortable learning/using software applications required for the role

Fully knowledgeable and effective with Office 365
Ability to use social media applications in a selling context
Experience using HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub a plus but not required
Insurance background a plus but not required
Strong technical skills, knowledge of cyber security, cyber risk or cyber insurance a plus but not required
