Salary + commission + Bonus + Health Insurance + 401(k)

**$45,000, $55,000 - $Unlimited/yr**

We are an independent insurance agency with the ability to write business across the entire state of Florida. We represent over 100 "A" rated homeowners and auto carriers and many life and commercial carriers.

We provide a great, energetic work environment with all the tools necessary to be fantastically successful.

WE PROVIDE ALL LEADS!

These are not old mailing list leads, we buy leads for you that are people currently looking to buy insurance and have just filled out a request for a quote. These are fresh, hot, expensive leads.

Because we provide the leads, we are looking for sales people. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. We do not service policies at the office level, we only sell; all servicing is done at our corporate office.

SALARY Plus Commission!

We pay a base salary plus a generous commission. A portion of your income is generated through policy commissions, so you must be able to sell. If you are a great salesperson this is a fantastic opportunity.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and group
Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment
Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines
This position requires that incumbents must attain and maintain current state insurance license in property, casualty and life (life insurance license can be acquired at a later time)
Must be willing to obtain a Florida license.
