We’re looking for a Personal Lines Sales Representative to join our Personal Lines Insurance Division!

The ideal candidate is:

A Passionate Seller: You’re fully invested in the offerings that you represent and possess a true passion for selling that contagiously comes across in everything that you say and do. When a lead comes in, you’re able to positively influence and convert prospects into clients and clients into advocates. You actively seek to grow the IOA business, including identifying and acting on sales opportunities.
An Out-of-the-Box Thinker: You develop marketing strategies and devise creative solutions by customizing insurance programs to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
A Trusted Advisor: You exercise discretion and independent judgment on significant accounts by interviewing clients, conducting client research and gathering all necessary information to ensure proper coverages, and communicating with policyholders to deliver and explain policies, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
A Servant Leader: You practice active listening and always have your client’s best interest at heart.
A Service Champion: You live IOA core values at all times, demonstrating the highest level of personal character, integrity, and servant leadership

A qualified candidate will have:

2+ years of personal lines insurance experience or related experience in the insurance industry
An active 2-20, 4-40, or 20-44 License
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills
Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
PC proficiency, including MS Office
Exceptional personal character, including a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others at all times
